Our Metcon Mania class is a high-intensity cardio conditioning workout attained through running, rowing, and calisthenics, along with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, tires, light dumbbells and bodyweight movements. There are no barbells or heavy lifting.

This class meets Thursdays at 4:30pm, 530pm, and 6:30 PM.

It is included in the monthly membership or can be a $10 drop-in or a Metcon Maina punch card for $40/5 classes
