Our CrossFit classes are instructed by our professional certified level 1, level 2, or level 3 coaches.
At 8pm each evening, we post a Workout of the Day (WOD) so that you can see which movements we will be doing the next day and be prepared. I.e.: long socks for rope climbs or sweatpants, jump rope for single or double unders, etc.
The WOD can be modified by scaling load and intensity, all ability levels are encouraged and welcome.
CrossFit classes after your initial introductory free class, require a monthly enrollment and we offer a discount if paid in full for the year. There is no contract and you can cancel your membership at anytime with just a two day notice with an email to info@CrossFitDragoncity.com
