A.  “Bring Sally Up” – Back Squats 

         95/65   65/35    35/air Squat

B.  With a partner  AMRAP 12

40’x2 sprint (down & back)

Air Squats

Kettlebell Swings 

Partner 1 starts with one rep of each then taps in partner 2.  Partner 2 does two reps of each and taps in partner 1.  partner 1 does three reps of each and you continue in this pattern for the entire Amrap.
C.  Optional: 30 Front Squats for Time 135/95
