Snatch review/ Bergerner Warm up
A.  Find 1 Rep Max Snatch
B.  Complete 4 Rounds of as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

Power Snatch x 8 reps135/95  95/65 75/55

Box Jumps x 10 reps (24/20″)

Rest 1 minute after each 4 minute mark
